How to upload through XLS file

Click on the “Upload XLS” link. This will let you upload the bulk exhibitors so you won’t need to upload them separately.

Once you click on the Upload XLS button, you would need to download the template by clicking the “Download Template” button to download the template for the XLS file.

You can also upload the pictures of the Exhibitors in the “Upload files” section. Only .zip files would be accepted in the “Upload files” section.

In the Template, you would need to fill in the details of the Exhibitors.

[Note: In the “Picture Name” section, you need to make sure that the name of the    picture is the same as the name of the .zip file that you upload in the “Upload  files” section]

Now click on the “Save” button to save the details and then click on “Publish” to publish the exhibitors’ details.
