We'd prefer not to see you go, but your monthly webMOBI subscription can be canceled at any time. Your account will remain active until the end of the year wherein you're billed prior to your subscription ending, at which point you will feel that your apps expire and your account will be inactive.
To turn off your paid subscription, go to Billing > Settings and turn off auto-renew. We are unable to offer a refund for the full or partial amount of your subscription, but if you’ve already paid for a year, you will have access to the service through the duration of that purchased period.
To avoid paying another year's subscription fee, you must cancel your paid subscription at least one day before the end of your annual subscription period by going to the website and turning off auto-renew.
