Event venue and live map

To update location details on your event map, simply click on the "Engage and Network" option at the top of your screen and select "Map" from the left panel. From there, you can edit the city and venue details, and the longitude and latitude will automatically update accordingly. Once you've made all the necessary changes, click the "Save" button and publish the updates to reflect them on the app.

To add live map icons for width dimensions under 650 px:

  1. Click on "Add a Floor" for the specific event area where you want the live map (ensure the width is less than 650 px).

  2. The new floor will appear as a list item for that area.

  3. Provide the floor name, location details, and a horizontal image with a width less than 650 px.

  4. Click "Add Location Booth" to open a modal, input points of interest, and click "Add."

  5. Save the location and drag the points of interest to the desired spots.

  6. Click "Save" to store the updated points of interest information.

  7. To link it to the live location in the exhibitor view, go to the sessions/exhibitor module.

  8. Click on the map and select the location to link the session or exhibitor.

  9. Publish to apply the updates for the session or exhibitor.

To add live map icons for width dimensions over 650 px, follow these steps:

  1. Click on "Add a Floor" for the specific event area where you want the live map (ensure the width is less than 650 px).

  2. The new floor will appear as a list item for that area.

  3. Provide the floor name, location details, and a horizontal image with a width less than 650 px.

  4. Click "Add Location Booth" to open a modal, input points of interest, and click "Add."

  5. For live map images wider than 650 px, scroll to the right to find the point of interest and drag the location pointer to the relevant position.

  6. Save the location.

  7. Click "Save" to store the updated points of interest information.

  8. To link it to the live location in the exhibitor view, go to the sessions/exhibitor module.

  9. Click on the map and select the location to link the session or exhibitor.

  10. Publish to apply the updates for the session or exhibitor.

  1. Save the location and drag the points of interest to the desired locations.

  1. Click "Save" as a final step to save all the information for the updated points of interest.
