If you’re having technical problems, clear your cache and cookies and update your browser. If you're still experiencing trouble, try a different internet browser. webMOBI recommends using Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox for the best experience.

Here are some tips that can help:

Clear your cache and cookies: Your browser stores information in the cache and cookies to speed up your browsing experience. However, over time, this stored information can become outdated or corrupted, causing problems with the website. Clearing your cache and cookies can help fix the issue. Here's how to do it:

  • In Google Chrome, click on the three-dot menu in the top right corner, then go to More Tools > Clear browsing data. From there, select the time range and the types of data you want to clear, then click Clear data.

  • In Mozilla Firefox, click on the three-line menu in the top right corner, then go to Library > History > Clear Recent History. Select the time range and the types of data you want to clear, then click Clear Now.

Update your browser: Updating your browser can help fix bugs and improve its performance. It's also important to make sure your browser is supported and up to date for security reasons. Here's how to check and update your browser:

  • Go to https://www.whatsmybrowser.org to check if you are using the latest version of your browser. That website will tell you what browser you’re using and which version.

  • If you need to update your browser, there is a link for you to do so there. Alternatively, you can go to your browser's settings and check for updates there.

Update your Java plugin: Some websites rely on Java for connectivity and responsiveness. If you're experiencing issues with a website, check if your Java plugin is up to date. You can update it directly through the Java website.

Try a different web browser: If you're still experiencing issues after trying the above steps, it's worth trying a different web browser. webMOBI recommends Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox for the best experience. Internet Explorer versions 11 and earlier are no longer supported. If you don't have permission to download on your work computer, contact your IT department to request they add it to your system.

Turn off ad blocker: Ad blockers can sometimes interfere with certain pages, so try turning them off if you're experiencing problems accessing a page.

Increase the size of your browser window: If you're having trouble scrolling or seeing the full page, it's possible that you're zoomed in too far. Try increasing the size of your browser window or zooming out. To zoom out on a PC, hold down the (Control) key on your keyboard and press the (-) key. To zoom out on a Mac, hold down the (Command) key on your keyboard and press the (-) key.
